I never used wireless charging and am not accident prone so I do like the option of having the 3.5mm Headphone Jack instead 4A 5G definitely feels lighter than 3 XL, but I think weight is a personal preference The Plastic Back does feel cheaper than The Glass Back, but it still feels solid and I always have a case on anyway Extreme Battery Saver is something nice for me to have if I go on a daytrip somewhere and don't need to use my phone much on the 3 XL it would probably be 50% depending on usage conditions of course)

The 3 XL (I can use it for a full day and it goes down maybe 30% vs.

Battery life is WAY better on The 4A 5G vs. Gorilla Glass 5, I can't tell that much difference yet but I do notice some very slight wear on my screen where I touch the most after 2 weeks of use (I don't use screen protectors but do use a Spigen clear case which I always had on all my phones) Going from a Notch to just a Camera Lens Cutout didn't really affect me, as I don't really notice them both while using the phones, and also the bezel on the 3 XL is slightly thicker but doesn't really affect my viewing The 0.1 in difference is something I can notice, but it's not a major thing, and I chose The 4A 5G over The 5 for the screen size, which for me matters since my hands are big 6.3 in screen with the 3 XL screen being slightly smoother looking and slightly brighter The main differences that stand out to me between my new 4A 5G and 3 XL are: Also highly recommend against trading in your Pixel to Google, got sorta ripped, shoulda kept mine even though it wasn't 100% lol Overall, I had my 3 XL for 2 full years, and it was definitely worth the $ as a flagship phone while it worked 100%. I just switched from Pixel 3 XL to Pixel 4A 5G, with the main reason to switch being that my 3 XL Battery Indicator was stuck on 99% and after tons of research and trying to fix it the only option was to get the battery replaced which wouldn't have necessarily guaranteed it fixed. I wanted to do this quick writeup since I couldn't find much info while researching to upgrade.
